Strasbourg is a city that is located in Alsace right on the border with Germany. The city is an interesting mix of French, German, and completely unique culture. Many signs are written in both French and German and people can be heard speaking both languages on the streets. Cuisine has been influenced by both French and German culture as well as the architecture.
