Madame Roffers teaches French to preschool through third grade at Gallistel Language Academy. This summer Madame Roffers was awarded a Fellowship to travel to France. She will be gathering photos, videos, books, and artifacts that students will use to complete research projects next school year. Some places or topics that students have asked Madame Roffers to photograph and gather information about include:

- A bakery
- A chocolate shop
- The airport
- The Eiffel Tower at night
- Notre Dame
- Versailles
- A typical French breakfast
