I adored the gardens of Versailles. They are huge and they are so opulent that it seems no wonder why the French people began to resent this place. They did not allow me to use my museum pass to enter so I payed €9,50 and thought it was well worth it. I think if I lived here I would come here regularly for weekend picnics. I definitely recommend packing at least a drink and snack. Cafes are spread out and overpriced in the garden.
